When you use our platform, you agree that you are at least the age of majority in Hong Kong. You must not use our bags or website for any illegal or unlawful activities. A breach or violation of any terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our services. We hold the right to refuse service to anyone for valid reasons at any time.

Regional Operations

We operate exclusively within Hong Kong. We do not ship bags to international locations or accept orders outside this region. All transactions, communications, and deliveries happen solely within Hong Kong borders. This distinct operational focus ensures compliance with local electronic commerce rules.

Processing and Packaging

We process your orders with speed and efficiency. Every single order placed on our platform requires exactly 1 business day for packaging and logistics preparation before dispatch.

Transit and Delivery Timeline

Once dispatch occurs from our local facility, the logistics provider requires 1 to 2 business days for transit. Therefore, your total delivery timeline is 2 to 3 business days from the moment you place your order.

Payment Method

We operate using Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the full price of the bag to the delivery agent at your doorstep. There are zero hidden fees, and we provide shipping with no added delivery charges.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any point until the product leaves our warehouse. Once the item is dispatched and reaches the logistics provider, cancellation is no longer possible. The delivery process must be completed, and you must receive the package at your address.

Return Policy Window

We offer a thirty-day return policy for specific situations. This window begins on the day your bag is delivered to your doorstep.

Eligible Reasons for Returns

We accept returns only if you receive a damaged product or an incorrect bag. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you experience a change of mind. Please review your order selections thoroughly before finalizing your purchase to ensure you are completely certain.

Return Process and Evaluation

If your bag arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at contact@virevessora.com. We will arrange a courier pickup from your location. This pickup involves zero charges for the customer; that cost is on us. When the item arrives back at our facility, our team takes twenty-four hours to evaluate the physical condition of the bag.

Resolutions and Refunds

Following our evaluation, if the issue is clear, we will arrange a replacement bag. If the item is unavailable or cannot be fixed, we will issue a full refund. Because we operate via COD, we do not possess your banking data. We will contact you via email to request your bank details. We process all refunds through direct bank transfer. Once initiated, the funds take five to six business days to appear in your account, depending on your banking provider. We do not apply any restocking fees for returns.
